"Good location"

"Yes, it IS all its cracked up to be! The most beautiful hotel in Chennai, with helpful and friendly staff and incredible food from MANY different ethnicities (not just North Indian and South Indian, but also Italian, Chinese, American, and others). I travel to Chennai multiple times a year for work and this hotel has made my time away from home SO much easier. It took me a week just to explore all the beautiful nooks and crannies of the first few floors, and the serviced apartment was a wonderful place to live, with everything you may need to cook a meal in the full-sized kitchen, plus a washer/dryer, a gorgeous walk-in shower, a comfortable sitting room, plus a deep and relaxing tub. I cant say enough about this place... its an "experience" on its own!"

"The property is a bit dated, however, the staff is amazing. It started with the driver meeting me at the airport and ended with the driver dropping me at my destination in Pondicherry. Ajit Anurag, the Concierge made the experience worthwhile. Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite and courteous. The personalized attention extended into the restaurant, where they accommodated my every request. Even though it wasn't on the buffet. I could have stayed there longer, unfortunately I had planned an overnight, on my way to my final destination ."
