"Not soundproofed rooms, you can hear people talking too loud even banging doors in nearby rooms. Our first night was a mess, we couldn’t sleep until 4 a.m. due to noise. Exhaust fan in washroom too loud. Toilet seat moving. Hair dryer not working. Tv not working. Poor wifi connection. Phone in the room has no dial tone. Fitness center- out of order Free breakfast, but you have to take your food in your room, there are only 4 tables in the dining area. We’re just lucky that there’s not much people staying to dine in. Overall, not a pleasant stay. We have to request to move to a different room the following day, which is way better; with TV, phone and hair dryer working, faster internet connection. The staff were nice and very accommodating though. The hotel is old, but clean with a comfortable bed. But sorry, we may not recommend this hotel; a bad experience compared to the previous hotel we had."

"Hotel was amazing and owner very friendly. However we booked on Expedia because included free breakfast however owner wanted to charge us $20 pp. we went off site for breakfast. Also couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room, we made the owner aware."

"We struggled the whole time. Check-in instructions weren't provided before our check-in time, and when we contacted the host, we couldn't call them and had to message, then they didn't respond until we called Vrbo support. The code they gave us didn't work, then when we got the right code, the box was stuck and hard to open. The loft itself is okay, but it didn't feel like the quality matched the price. Tables were wobbly and unsteady, the bed was uncomfortable, and the area was kind of sketchy overall. The walls are paper-thin, we could hear exactly how disgruntled the people nextdoor were with their loft."

"We were in Detroit for a volleyball tournament. The place was clean and as pictured. We did have problems with the door lock. But that was minor. It was perfect for our short weekend trip. "
