Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 9 Tage in dieser sehr modern und sehr schön eingerichteten sowie sehr gut ausgestatteten Fewo verbracht. Die zentrale Lage war Top...alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles da was man braucht. Die technische Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Besonders gut hat uns der Empfang des Vermieters gefallen, viele gute Ausflugsvorschläge und immer ansprechbar. DANKE

schöner Kurzurlaub in Annaberg- Buchholz

Eine saubere, gepflegte Ferienwohnung, lediglich das Treppenhaus als Zugang war nicht so super sauber gepflegt. Die Küchenzeile ist praktikabel, allerdings qualitativ nicht so robust oder aber nicht fachgerecht aufgebaut (Schubladenfront löste sich vom Rest der Schublade- fehlt hier die Verleimung?). Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an einer Straße mit LKW- und Busverkehr (Bushaltestelle direkt unter der Ferienwohnung). Am Wochende war es ruhig. Montag und Dienstag aber war schon früh Busverkehr und auch Auto/LKW-Verkehr störend. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Wohnung war so eingerichtet, wie sie sich im Internetauftritt präsentierte. Hell, elegant und zweckmäßig in guter Qualität. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut. Schnell waren wir zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum aber auch in der Natur. Der Vermieter hat uns noch mit vielen nürzlichen Informationen versorgt. Fazit: Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
