Could ’ve been cleaner. There were roaches in my bathroom and I emailed the hotel about it and sent them pics/videos and they basically said oh well and that the rooms are pre-checked prior to check in. So they not doing anything about it. I also seen a big ass rat roaming on the restaurant patio ...

The cover on the heater is missing the foam weatherstripping. There’s a little on the left side but none on the right side. Felt like a cold window was open. I resolved it for my stay by placing a folded bath towel on top of the heater. You should repair this so the next guests don’t freeze.
