The property is in the heart of Annapolis overlooking the Annapolis Harbor with stunning views between the Waterfront Hotel and the Annapolis Yacht Club. The spectacular views and prime location will never disappoint. Walk to everything Annapolis and Eastport have to offer, enjoy watching all the water activities from your window. 1 parking spot is available in the driveway. Welcoming entrance has 4 steps that lead up to Unit B which offers two levels: Main Level features a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, WD, and a pub room with a water view! Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath, which make this a great rental to share. One of the bedrooms includes an alcove which can be used as an office or extra closet space. Just steps outside the front door enjoy strolling the artful and nautical streets to amenities like; five-star restaurants, pubs and street-end parks with hidden treasures. Not to mention you are merely steps away from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Pop across the Spa Creek drawbridge or motor in the water taxi over to Eastport and soak up the relaxed vibe. Amazing Location

We love our stay. Check-in and check-out were effortless. Listing is very detailed and accurate. Host was incredibly responsive evening dropping a blow dryer off for us within minutes of asking. An amazing location for all things Eastport and Annapolis. We walked to the football game and the ease of having our own parking spot was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!
