Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. "The location of the property was perfect for kids, easy access to the playground next door, an easy walk to the carousel and lake. Hotel room was well appointed with dishes and basics for cooking. Air conditioning was perfect for the heatwave and the room was quiet. Will definitely stay again."

"The staff was very helpful, the location is 20-15 minutes walking distance to core. There is AC in the rooms, if its still warm they will bring fans. The front desk is great and they care. "Parking was a bit stressful, when you arrive you are supposed to phone a number to get the entrance code - not possible if you don't have a French operating phone. The entrance was also tiny and a little tricky to navigate. Plenty of space in the room itself but it was a little run down and didn't look like the photos. Loved the free coffee and hot chocolate downstairs though :) overall a pleasant stay and brilliant location."

"Our extended family rented the large villa home on the property. It was so beautiful and much larger than we even expected. The staff was lovely, and accommodating, especially Zoe. As for the rest of the property, it was simply beautiful. I’d love to try the hotel restaurant and spa on property on our next trip. We would love to stay there again and recommend the house villa for large families. Absolutely made our stay in Annecy a wonderful experience."
