In the heart of the historic district, in the most typical street of Old Annecy (rue Sainte Claire), magnificent 2 room apartment of 65 m² very bright and fully equipped. Exceptional location for exploring the old town of Annecy, a stone's throw from the Isle Palace and at the foot of the Castle, 300 m from the lake and 500 m from the train station. Shops, bars and restaurants at the foot of the building, you will be seduced by the charm of this apartment with its stone wall and beamed ceiling.
This typical apartment in old Annecy is on the 1st floor without elevator of a 17th century building. Spiral staircase, 1 st floor with more than 3 m high ceilings, very large for a 2-room apartment (65 m²) which can accommodate up to 4 people.
The interior is designer, equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic glass hob) open to living room with leather sofa and quality sofa bed (double bed 140x200 cm), wifi (Fiber 200 Mbit / s) and large screen HD television, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) that can be grouped into a large bed (sheets and pillows provided), a bathroom (shower 90x140 cm with bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo-shower gel pods, washing machine), a separate toilet.
Nespresso coffee machine with welcome capsules, kettle, kitchen utensils ... All the equipment and comfort for an unforgettable stay. No cleaning to do, everything is included in the price.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, a public parking lot "Sainte Claire" will welcome your vehicle (200 m).
From this Annecy pied à terre, everything is close at hand: the station, the lake, the market at the foot of the building (Tuesdays, Fridays and Sunday mornings), the flea market on the last Saturday of the month.

Bel appartement alliant charme de l’ancien et déco moderne, très bien équipé. Belles prestations. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires très arrangeants. Et surtout superbe emplacement au cœur du vieil Annecy et à 2 pas du lac. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !
