View over lake Annecy
The apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony are superb and the location is very convenient. Bus stops, large Carrefour and public beach within 10 mins walk away. We were there during a heatwave but there is a large fan supplied to help you keep cool. There is road noise but that goes with excellent location. Madeleine is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great apartment and location for two, all we needed, very clean, lovely view, enjoyed eating and relaxing on balcony, only small negative on warm nights with windows open could hear traffic on busy road.

Great location, great view, lovely host, terrible traffic noise
The exceptionally hot weather, which the whole of Europe experienced this summer, meant we had to sleep with the windows open, so the traffic noise and heat combined to make sleeping difficult. Otherwise, brilliant.

Lovely apartment with stunning views of Lake Annecy
We had a great holiday in this lovely apartment with it's balcony overlooking the lake. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped . Fantastic location very close to the lake with lots of activities nearby. Within walking distance of the town of Annecy. The owner was very helpful and welcoming.

La propriété est au 3ème étage mais l'ascenseur est à proximité. Le logement est confortable pour deux personnes ave toutes les installations nécessaires. La vue depuis le balcon est excellente. L'emplacement est parmi les restaurants et les cafés. Le boulodrome au bord du lac étant particulièrement agréable toute la journée. Endroit très agréable.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce petit appartement placé à proximité immédiate du lac et à dix minutes à pied des commerces, situation idéale pour nous. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux.

Emplacement idéal, tout est prévu, accueil parfait
1 semaine à Annecy fin août 2023 en couple Bel appart parfaitement situé face au lac et aux montagnes Très simple d’accès , proximité des commerces Parking disponible même parking à vélo et cave le cas échéant Belle propriété avec voisinage courtois et calme Tout est prévu pour un séjour sans ne rien manquer Belle « petite » terrasse où on peu bronzer lire et déjeuner à l’ombre d’un parasol Seul bémol qui n’a rien à voir avec l appartement est qu’en temps de canicule (notre cas) il est assez difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes si vous êtes sensible aux bruits (c’est l’été ; passage fréquent de piétons parfois bruyants et de voitures ) pensez aux boules quies dans ce cas Merci à Madeleine , hôte parfaite !

Un vrai paradis
L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La vue sur le lac est magique. Pas de problème de rangement grâce à un très grand placard dans la chambre (non visible sur les photos). En ce qui concerne la canicule, nous n'en avons pas souffert car le parasol et la colonne ventilateur ont été très efficaces. Un très bon accueil de Madeleine très attentive à nos questions. Je recommande sans hésitation.
