Emplacement idéal à côté de la vieille ville. Accessibilité facile aux commerces de proximité. Marché le dimanche matin. Hôte très accueillant et très gentil, au top. Very kind owner and great location

Overall it's a small apartment with all the necessities to be comfortable during the week. If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a comfy space to sleep and eat while you spend the day around town!

Ideal location

Perfect spot for transit to and from Annecy, and walking into the old town. Well equipped studio, in quiet building. Quite hot with no a/c when over 30 degs outside.

Contenti dell' appartamento anche se migliorerei qualcosa... Ad esempio lo scarico del lavandino in bagno che si riempie subito e aggiusterei il lavandino della cucina..Per il resto letto comodo cuci a funzionale...

The property was very clean and the kitchen was a nice size for a European kitchen. There are three different machines for coffee, so there are options. The apartment is nicely decorated with a modern decor. The apartment could use a few minor repairs but was fine for the weekend.

Très bien

Très bon emplacement, près de la gare et toutes commodités( commerces, restaurants etc.). Studio agréable, bien chauffé avec grande cuisine aménagée et pratique ( il y a tout ce qu'il faut). Salle de bain spacieuse et propre , lit comfortable et literie propre, lieu très calme.Le seul bémol : le four a besoin d'un bon coup de Mr Propre (inutilisable) ainsi que la poêle. Bouilloire remplie de calcaire ainsi qu'une casserote ( avec du vinaigre blanc, problème vite réglé) Lavabo de la salle-de-bain complètement bouché ( problème aussi réglé par moi même car je ne voulais pas être dérangée). Malgré ces petits détails, j'ai passé un très bon séjour. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir car je viens régulièrement à Annecy. Propriétaire très sympathique et accéssible en cas de besoin.
