HOTEL ET PERSONNEL DECEVANT

notre sejour c'est mal passé . Il manquait le réfrigérateur pas de rideaux à la fenètrela télé en panne (un technitien est intervenu en soirée) le lavabo l'eau avait du mal a évacuer. Le 11/07/21 dans la soirée une personne a ouvert notre porte véroullée quand j'ai demandé qui c'était celle ci c'est sauvé nous avons prevenu l'acueil nous n'avons pas eu d'explications ni d'excuses. De ce fait nous avons contacté vos services et décidé avec votre accord etcelui de l'hotel de quitté celui ci le lendemain 12/07/21 aprés le règlement des deux nuit

Séjour parfait

Un hôtel très bien situé, au coeur du centre ville. Très agréable pour tout faire à pied, de plus que l'hôtel est très propre & confortable. Il y'a tout à disposition et le personnel est très agréable, je recommande fortement cet hôtel

Hôtel bien situé cœur de ville mais rue bruyante bar pub de nuit sous les fenêtres de l’hôtel .... parking oui non pour moi pas une réponse correcte pour me dire de nous garer à 800m de l’hôtel et sous la pluie tombante .... Sinon propre et agréable chambre petite et bruyante cote rue sous arche

Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, arrivés à la chambre pas de cintres, la clim ne fonctionnait pas le frigo faisait du chaud, chambre donnant sur la rue très bruyante, et le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre mais à la réception , heureusement que le feu d'artifice sur le lac était génial.

Great central business hotel

Clean basic business hotel in the old town. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We could leave the luggage there on the day of checkout free of charge. The Wifi in the rooms worked fine too. There is no safe in the room but there is a safety deposit box at reception. The only downside was that the room was a bit stuffy when we arrived but this was solved by opening the window. Also the shower wasn't great. The water-pressure was not so good and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. All in all, we had a great stay anyway and definitely recommend it.

Great hotel in Execellent Location

The hotel is located just around the corner from one of the archways to the old town. You will find lots of restaurants just steps away from the hotel entrance. The hotel is in an old building, so there's no elevator. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite spacious as well. A hair dryer was provided which was a plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was one of the most quiet places we stayed during our two weeks travel in France and Switzerland. We didn't hear any street or guest noises. The air conditioning worked well. The staff was very helpful. We had a car with us and was told to park in a nearby underground parking. The hotel paid for part of the parking fees.

Great stay at Hotel Icone

Stayed for three nights in August 2015. Had a wonderful stay at Icone Hotel and there was really nothing to complain about! Did not try the hotel breakfast as a really charming street of the old town starts just behind the hotel, here lots of cosy restaurants and shops are located so we bought our breakfast there instead. The location is as mentioned the best part of the hotel as the old town of Annecy is incredibly beautiful and the lake is really close by.

the hotel is in a really good location, right next to the old town. Step out the side door and you are in the most lovely part of a lovely town. Rooms modern and clean, quite small. Staff was helpful and even reduced price of room because window couldn't be opened. They did this without any prompting or question from us. We didn't get the breakfast, so can't rate it. M

we stayed for two nights. It is well located from the old city, nearthe canal, castle, restaurants ... And it's about 5-10 min, to arrive to the beginning of the lake.

Chegamos a Annecy as 11 da noite. Eu, meu marido e duas filhas pequenas. Recepção fechada. Ninguém. Um telefone para contato. Liguei...só falavam francês... Bom, em resumo, com meu francês macarronico levei 15 minutos para entender como conseguir a chave. Num cofre pro lado de fora, digitei a senha e lá estava. Entramos por uma porta especial dos fundos. Se você não fala francês, perde a reserva e o dinheiro. Hotel horrível, velho e quarto ruim. Localização ótima mas no dia seguinte nos mudamos para outro bem melhor.

立地よし部屋良し、ただエレベーターはなし

アヌシーのメイン通りサントクレールの入口に立地。旧市街散策と食事には便利。スタッフも部屋も三ツ星の基準はクリア。ただエレベーターがなく、2階(日本でいう3階)までトランクの上げ下ろしは大変だった。

ça avait mal débuté.... mais ça s'est arrangé!

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa position centrale, nous avons réservé très tôt pour être sûr d'avoir 4 chambres pour deux nuits: confirmation de l’hôtel tout semblait parfait.En arrivant: déception ils voulaient faire déménager un de nos couples d'amis pour la dernière nuit!Nous avons refusé en argumentant. Nous étions prêts à tous partir.Quelques heures après la direction nous a appelé: tout était arrangé plus de déménagement. nous avons même eu un geste commercial sur la totalité des petits déjeuners.Malgré cet incident il faut reconnaître que la patronne est sympa, elle a tout fait ensuite pour nous faciliter la vie. l’hôtel a une bonne situation, même si les chambres sont petites et le petit déjeuner un peu cher(9,5€)
