  • Located 400m from Lake Annecy. This apartment has been completely refurbished. Free internet. It is accessible by elevator or stairs.

    This apartment on the 6th floor consists of:
    - From an entrance, to drop off your belongings with a large storage closet.
    - a living room, dining room with a large 7 seater sofa.
    - a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and finally a refrigerator).
    - a 1st cozy, bright room with a large double bed of 160x200 (King Size) overlooking a veranda with dressing room.
    - a cozy 2nd bedroom with a large double bed of 160*200 (King Size) also overlooking a veranda.
    - a 3rd bedroom with two single beds of 90x200 (Single) overlooking a courtyard.
    - a bathroom with bath equipped with a washing machine, the toilets are separated.

    Storage is available in each room.
    And finally a large veranda is accessible from the living room and two bedrooms for lunches in the sun.
    You take the keys and the apartment is entirely at your disposal, no room or closet closed, no cohabitation, you are at home!
    The residence has a lift.

    Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

    Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
    The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

    The apartment is located on a pedestrian street.
    To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
    Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

    Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
    Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

    Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
    After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

    If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
    In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Fantastic location and great facility for a larger group visiting Annecy

Bright and spacious centrally located apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was so convenient. We loved how bright and spacious the apartment was. The enclosed balcony was the highlight. Would love to come back and stay longer!

Great location

Lovely bright apartment in a fantastic location on the edge of the old town with a bike hire place next door (bikes are essential!) and a lovely breakfast place across the street. Very responsive host.

Large sunny spacious apartment

Apartment was very nice and close walk to Old Town. Rooms were comfy. Nice sun porch. We got stuck in traffic jam in Italy that put us way behind, called owner who was able to get a substitute to meet us later that evening. Unfortunately she wasn't very prepared. Couldn't find parking garage. Took over an hour to get in apartment. She didn't have time to show us anything, such as wifi or how washer worked.

Propreté de l’appartement

Nous rentrons de notre week-end dans l’appartement d’Annecy, rue de La Paix. Nous avions logé au sein de cet appartement pour les vacances de Noël, nous avions été séduits par son charme et sa propreté irréprochable. Ce nouveau séjour nous a bien déçus : l’appartement n’était pas propre. Il y avait de nombreuses tâches de gras sur le parquet de la salle à manger, beaucoup de poussière sous le canapé (nous avons même trouvé des pantoufles bien sales d’anciens locataires cachées sous le canapé), une trace suspecte sur le carrelage mural des toilettes, un coton tige et des compresses sous les étagères de la salle de bain. Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de poussière sous les lits, dans les placards. Il manquait des couverts : 4 cuillères à café seulement ! Une pastille pour le lave vaisselle aurait été la bienvenue pour dépanner le premier soir. Tout ceci me semble inacceptable vu le tarif de la location…

Son emplacement en plein centre ville mais dans une rue piétonne calme est idéal. L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec une décoration soignée. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Appartement idéalement placé, à peine 7 minutes de marche jusqu'à la vieille ville d'Annecy. Spacieux, joliment décoré et refait à neuf il n'y a pas si longtemps, nous n'avons pas été serrés même si nous étions 6. Je recommande !

Une merveille !

Première expérience avec La Conciergerie du Lac. Magnifique appartement, en plein centre ville d'Annecy. A l'intérieur tout est très lumineux, très cosy, très jolie déco. Les 3 chambres sont très calmes et bien séparées. Le salon est juste extraordinaire, nous y avons passé de très bons moments en famille et nos amis ont été conquis. Le balcon/véranda a été une vraie surprise, nous ne pensions pas une seconde pouvoir en profiter en plein mois de février mais le soleil apportait une agréable chaleur et nous avons pu y manger, bouquiner en pull et notre fille y a même suivi ses cours en visio. La cuisine est très bien équipée, machine Nespresso et four "de l'espace" super pratique. Le parking sous-terrain a pu accueillir notre 807 sans problème. Bref, de vraies belles vacances sans soucis dans une superbe ville que nous adorons. Nous reviendrons rue de la Paix et en plus elle sera devenue piétonne ! Merci à Murielle pour l'accueil et au propriétaire pour sa bienveillance. A très bientôt ! (un deuxième jeu de clés serait top).

Nous aimons retrouver cet appartement quand nous séjournons à Annecy. Il est spacieux , très clair et très bien situé dans le centre ville, de plus il y a un parking ce qui est indispensable. Toute l'équipe de la conciergerie du lac est réactive et professionnelle.

appartement centre ville lumineux.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé, lumineux et très bien placé, à condition de pouvoir utiliser le garage compris dans le prix "haut standing". La prestation comprenait un garage sous-terrain étant donné l'emplacement de l'appartement en plein centre-ville. Notre bip pour accéder à la voie de garages ne fonctionnait pas. Nous en avons informé le contact qui s'est déplacé rapidement pour le constater. Les piles n' étaient pas la raison de ce dysfonctionnement. Notre contact nous a recommandé alors d'utiliser la voie bus pour accéder au garage ( le bip pour activer et faire baisser la borne pour laisser passer les voitures ayant droit ne fonctionnant pas). Nous nous sommes faits interpeller par les policiers, vivement déconseiller de na pas utiliser cette voie d'autant les caméras de surveillance au risque d'une amende. Nous avons donc payé une prestation dont nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier (580 € 4 nuits appartement pour 6 je précise). Nous avons en plus payé un stationnement extérieur. Le choix de cet appartement s'était porté justement de par sa possibilité de stationnement sécurisé soit -disant inclus dans le prix. Je regrette sincèrement l'absence de geste commercial pour une prestation payée mais non due et les conseils de l'hôte à enfreindre le code de la route pour accéder au garage et à la dite prestation.

Bel appartement mais au vue du prix, pas bien équipé, pas de tire bouchon, ciseaux, petite chose mais au quotidien .... Lave. Vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas, pas de climatisation et assez bruyant avec les voisins du dessus.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement confortable et très bien placé entre la gare et le lac d'Annecy, dans la rue de la Biocoop où nous allions faire nos courses. Nous avons également aimé cette vue sur les toits, le château et en arrière plan le Semnos.

Très bien situé avec un garage privatif je recommande cet appartement en plein centre d'Annecy. L'accueil de la conciergerie du lac est excellent et ponctuel.
