This apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its sleeping area separated from the living room by a magnificent glass roof and its high quality convertible sofa in the living room. it has a balcony and its location a stone's throw from the lake and a three-minute walk from the historic center of Annecy makes it a rare pearl.

The bedroom has a 160x190 bed (Queen) and the living room has a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with toilet.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day at the lake or in the mountains. ; you can move around without a car throughout your stay thanks to the covered car park in the residence and its free private box.

The lake is 3 min walk.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., in the presence of a member of the team.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
The morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, put your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your garbage cans in the room in the basement where parkings are. Please leave the keys (not the garage fob) in the letter box at the name of Burnat.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

We had a great stay in Annecy. The apartment was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The included garage was a big plus and made things very convenient. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Highly recommended!
