Located at the entrance of the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.

In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, accommodating up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with toilet.

Each room is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and plenty of storage space
In the living room find a television with international channels overlooking a large terrace
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, high speed WiFi
Linen will be provided for your stay.

ATTENTION: a construction site is currently underway near the apartment.

A private covered garage is included with the booking of the apartment.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Appartement idéalement situé, dans un quartier en construction(pas dérangés par le chantier),proche du lac et du centre. Vue sur le lac sympa. Très bonne literie. Attention pour le garage, éviter les grosses voitures, nous avons un Tiguan,il fallait bien manœuvrer mais ça se fait.

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la vieille ville dans les hauts du Tresum. Parfaitement équipé et moderne, vous vous sentez comme à la maison. Literie vraiment très confortable, c'est suffisament rare pour être signalé. Jolie vue lac depuis le salon, petit bémol sur la spacieuse terrasse qui offre une vue essentiellement sur les immeubles d'en face (mais pas trop proche) et une vue de coté sur le lac. Le séjour s'est néanmoins parfaitement passé et je recommande vivement l'appartement dans la magnifique région d'Annecy.

We accidentely forgot our iPad. It was still in a bedroom. The strange thing is: they haven’t found it anywhere…… Very strange and unbelievable. So of you go there, look very good if you don’t leave somerhing, because then it’s lost.

appartement trés bien situé, spacieux et bien équipé par contre un peu juste au niveau de la propreté (poussière et wc) et les propriétaires pourraient laisser plus de place dans les placards des chambres et salle de bain, plus congélateur complètement plein sans pourvoir l'utiliser cordialement

Cadre et emplacement exceptionnel a proximité du lac et de la vieille ville tout a pied en 5/10 minutes. Appartement avec tout le confort moderne, très propre bien isolé et très bien équipé avec un mobilier de qualité et de bonnes literies. Le garage est très appréciable. Cadre sublime et reposant, on s'y sent comme à la maison, le plus c'est la terrasse et cette vue magnifique sur le lac d'Annecy. Je recommande sans hésitation

Appartement très agréable, parfait pour 3 personnes. SOn point fort est l'emplacement (à 7 min à pied de la mairie et vielle ville) Il est fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, pratique, agréable à vivre, belle vue (quartier en cours de construction donc grues et immeubles en chantier jusqu'en 2022). Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit, l'appartement est bien isolé. Très bonne literie, nous avons bien dormi.

Très bon accueil . L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé, propre. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Il est bien situé , ente 5/10min du lac et du centre-ville . Le plus , c'est la terrasse et la vue sur le lac. C'est un appartement parfait pour 4personnes. Le bémol , ce sont les travaux mais comme c'est annoncé dès le départ, il n'y a pas de surprises ! Ceci dit l'appartement étant très bien isolé , on les oublient vite ! Je recommande sans hésitation ☺️

The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. The only thing missing was an airconditioning (the temperature rose to 35 degrees). It was acoustically well insulated. But that didn't help some of the machines on the construction site just next to the building. The apartment is very close to the old town and the lake as mentioned in the ad. However the first beach, where you can swim and where there is enough space (think of social distance during corona), is 1.5 km away.
