The apartment is quietly located on the Avenue de France, leading to the Imperial Palace Park and Annecy Beach.
Close to shops in the Albigny district or the Parmelan district (Galeries Lafayette).

The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double).
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, microwave.
The apartment has Wifi at the speed of the Fiber!

Linen will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Le Appartement proche du lac, parking privé, ascenseur, sdb à l'italienne, canapé lit confortable, Le - bruyant, literie et linge de lit très sale, lit double trop ferme, pas d'ustensiles de cuisine utiles, aucun verre à vin, four en mauvais état, hotte qui ne fonctionne pas, radiateur d'entrée non fonctionnel, télé qui marche mal, frigo qui ferme mal, pas de bouilloire électrique comme précisé, appartement vieillot

Logement très bien situé avec place de parking ,au calme. Seul petit bemol, l'électroménager aurait besoin d'etre changé et/ ou nettoyé à fond après le passage des hôtes. Salle de bains spacieuse et propre. Séjour agréable, nous recommandons.

Ce studio est très bien situé, proximité du lac et du centre ville. Très propre. En revanche un peu de rafraichissement au niveau des peintures serait nécessaire notamment dans la salle de bain et les wc.

Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme, tout en étant à proximité des commerces et du Lac. 🙂 Bien évidemment le studio a besoin d'un peu de rafraichissement, mais dans l'ensemble c'est déjà très bien et le lit est super confortable. Communication facile et ponctualité de l'équipe. 👍 Bref, je prévois d'y séjourner à nouveau pour mon prochain passage à Annecy ❤❤

Bonjour, Concernant le studio, il est plus à un kilomètre du lac que 100m. la cuisine et la pièce à vivre sont correctement rénovées, cependant, les sanitaires et la salle de bain mériteraient un sérieux rafraichissement. Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble. Cordialement.

Je suis très déçue du ménage qui n’a pas été fait avant notre arrivée ! Sachant que nous payons la prestation, c’est impensable de louer dans un tel état ! Les sols ainsi que les meubles étaient remplis de poussière. Heureusement la literie était propre.

Annecy is very dreamy. The position of the flat is excellent. But the flat wasn't clean. The fridge was broken and we found hair inside of it. There wasn't any light in near the seating area, no lock to the bathroom and the doors didn't close. It was very nice that we could park our car right in front of the house though! It was a nice trip for us anyways but it would be very nice, for future guests, if these "problems" were corrected.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'appartement de La Conciergerie qui est spacieux, lumineux et plutôt confort. Belle vue dégagée. De manière générale, la cuisine, l'espace salle à manger / salon et le lit sont très bien. Toutefois, le ménage n'a pas dû être fait avant notre arrivée car beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles et au sol. Le toaster ne fonctionne pas et le four mériterait d'être remplacé car vieux et saleté très incrustée. Sinon les autres équipements fonctionnaient correctement. A savoir, une odeur de canalisations est présente dans les toilettes. Le canapé, qui est un canapé lit, n'est pas très confortable avec ses deux grands coussins qui basculent à l'avant. Manque quelques prises électriques / rallonges pour avoir des accès côté salon et chambre en même temps. Il ne manque pas grand chose pour profiter pleinement du potentiel de cet appartement. L'appartement se situe dans un quartier résidentiel près du Vieux Annecy donc calme, légèrement excentré du centre-ville (25 min à pied). Cela n'était pas gênant pour nous mais mieux vaut le savoir ! Casino et petits commerces à 10 min à pied.Tout proche du lac (10 min à pied) avec pelouse et bancs, c'est magnifique.

Le personnel est très gentil, bonne communication cependant le logement est très mal insonorisé, il y’a de des travaux et pas de place de parking privative. L’aspirateur est obsolète. Les lits sont très confortables et le logement spacieux avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement 4 jours afin de visiter Annecy et aller skier. Super vacances ! Logement propre et proche du lac et du centre ville, vieille ville, le tout à pied ! Toutes commodités au sein de l'appartement et vue montagne !
