"Great hotel with lovely friendly staff. Very nice location just by the canal. Our room had a terrace which looked right onto it. Very close to old town and not far from the train station. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment style hotel. There was someone there at check in but I didn't see anyone the rest of the time. My passcode included the letter A which was difficult to see on the key pad. They have laundry facilities which was a blessing for me as I needed to use them. However, if you stop the dryer to check on clothes you will need to pay again to restart. They advertise that they have breakfast avail for 15€ but I never did see where that was. I sent a message asking about it and never received a response but I did receive several bot style messages both before and after. Was excited to see an outlet in the bathroom only to be disappointed that it was low voltage and wouldn't operate hair appliances. My biggest complaint was the smell. There was a horrible odor whenever you opened the fridge and there seemed to be a constant whiff coming from the drains. It wasn't overpowering but enough to know it was there. Overall, a pleasant stay and I got great sleep with the blackout curtains. Short walk to town (about 20 minutes) and a store close by."

"We had a wonderful one night stay on a driving trip. They had on site parking that I reserved in advance. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. It was convenient to walk into the medieval part of town. Also was close to walk by the lake. I would definitely stay again."

"We booked this hotel for an overnight stay and quick visit to the Lake. Overall the hotel was okay but our first impression was a little discouraging, as it was located a little farther away than anticipated, perhaps that's our mistake. Don't be fooled by the local area and initial look of the hotel. The spa facilities were closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the decoration was a little odd in places, though nothing to be concerned about. When we arrived a nice lady checked us in but was on her own, so we had to wait for a while whilst she single-handedly managed the property. Perfect for a overnight stay but perhaps not for a long stay."
