"Clean and comfortable room in a modernistic styled group of apartments. Poorly designed shower cubicle meant that the bathroom floor became very wet. Also the card operated door lock to the room was a little temperamental. Nice restaurant with good food, though maybe understaffed as service became slow when the restaurant became full and they kept forgetting to bring our drinks. "Fairly basic hotel, 10 minutes out of town. Seems to appeal to French families with children & provides entertainment each evening. Two items on their website found not to be true. Ski in ski out! Only for x-country. Free breakfast turned out to be €7 pp. "

Par chance un couple arrivant aussi nous a indiqué le panneau extérieur à l'entrée de l'hôtel avec notre nom et numéro de chambre! Très bonne literie dans cette petite chambre simple et propre . mais hélas nuit très agitée à cause de la bruyante tempête sur le lac tout proche!!!!! "Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day. "

"Perfect location. Right outside the boarder of France and Switzerland. 30 second walk to the trams which takes you into Geneva Lake town in 10 minutes or smaller town a few stops away. Tram on the opposite side also takes you into France. Restaurants all around within 30 seconds or few mins walk. Property has a fridge and cooking equipment if you want a cheaper night in. Pharmacy nearby, mini grocery store. Safe to walk at night (I got home after 9pm and travelled alone). Lift access and clean...
