  • Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Marais Poitevin "La Venise Verte", our country house, elegant mansion, will bring you tranquility and plenitude.<br>Upstairs: 1 master suite with its private shower room, 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine.<br>On the first floor: beautiful living room with integrated kitchen, living room, dining room, billiards, bathroom<br>Outside: Jacuzzi area without vis-à-vis, terrace, garden furniture with sofas and armchairs, ping-pong table, barbecue and plancha<br>30 minutes from the sea, Fouras, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, Royan and the Iles de Ré, Oléron, Aix and Madame.<br>In July and August, reservations are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday.<br><br><br><br>

Une maison de campagne extraordinaire Avec les prestations opérationnelles telles que décrites dans l'annonce Propriétaires à l'écoute et forts sympathiques Même si nous y sommes restés qu'un week-end prolongé nous nous sommes ressourcés et reposés dans un cadre champêtre mais proche des commodités et du front de merNous reviendrons

Au top !

Je remercie les propriétaires, un accueil au top avec un super sourire. La maison est bien équipé. Une vraie maison de famille, conviviale et spacieuse. Nous avons appréciés la plancha, la table de Ping Pong, le jacuzzi. Une vraie maison de vacances. À réserver les yeux fermés !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison spacieuse. Les jardin/ billard/ espace ping-pong sont bien aménagés et très appreciables. Nous avons malheureusement profité peu de temps du jacuzzi dont l'eau a très vite tournée. Il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine et de la lumière à l'extérieur. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.
