In the centre of Zinal, in a quiet position, 300 m from the skiing area, 30 m from the river. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, WiFi, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra), public parking 300 m. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 50 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Zinal Centre" 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, tennis 8 km, minigolf 650 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane, cable car, skisport facilities, ski rental 300 m, ski school, children's ski school 300 m, sled run 150 m, cross country ski track 150 m, ice rink 50 m. Nearby attractions: Indoor Park Grimentz 8 km, Moulin de St-Luc 12 km, Barrage de Moiry 17 km, Observatoire François-Xavier Bagnoud 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grimentz-Zinal 300 m, St-Luc 14 km, Crans-Montana 40 km. Hiking paths: Zinal 100 m, Grimentz 8 km, Vallon de Réchy 20 km. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Für uns aber zu Dunkel. Wir gingen darum sogar früher nach Hause. Vor Ort war über die Tel. Nummer niemand zu erreichen was bei Problemen eben zum Problem wurde. Wenn jemand vor Ort da war, war der Service freundlich. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet, aber es reicht für gut geplante Kurzaufenthalte. Ich selber fühlte mich nicht wohl, die Wohnung war rundum einsehbar. Für andere kann es gut stimmen.

Undichtes Fenster, sobald die WC- oder Küchenlüftung eingeschalten war, hat es richtig rein gezogen. Unsere Kinder hatten kalt im Zimmer. Heizung voll hochgedreht, abr kein grosser Unterschied bemerkt.

Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Erst ab dem 4-5 Tag funktionierte die Heizung nach mehrfacher Reklamation. Nur durch den zusätzlichen mobilen Heizkörper, den wir von der Rezeption bekommen haben, wurde die Temperatur in der Wohnung erträglich. Zugang zur Wohnung ist nicht Rollstuhl geeignet. Bad steht nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Die Rezeption hat sich mit besten Engagement um die Probleme gekümmert, die Wohnung war aber nie richtig warm.

Das Swisspeak Resort in Zinal ist schön und modern. Die Unterkunft ist chic und heimelig. Leider aber wurden neben dem schönen Design viele funktionelle Details vergessen. So hat es viel zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, für die Handtücher in der Küche gibt es z.B. keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Obwohl eigentlich familienfreundlich, fehlt es an Kindergeschirr. Sehr komfortabel ist der grosse, belüftete Skiraum. Der Gaming-Room ist der Hit.... dafür das Spielzimmer für die kleinen eher spärlich.

winter holidays in the mountains of Switzerland

we spent a beautiful time in a comfortable, well-kept apartment. The booking took several days, there was a slight confusion and we didn't know which apartment we were going to get. However, this is not a problem because all apartments are similar, clean and elegant. Registration and key issue was very efficient, you only need to arrive during the opening hours. The area is very nice and interesting also for those who do not ski.
