"Lovely modern gite in the heart of Ardeche and equiped to a high standard. The driveway is a bit steep for a low profile car, mine ended up with scrapes under the bumpers but with care it was possible to monoeuvre. In truth the only real downer was the pool which is the largest I've ever seen for the sole use of a single gite but was simply too cold. I was assured the pool was heated but you couldn't tell, such a shame."

"Bernard and his wonderful wife gave us such a warm welcome into their thick-walled and fascinating old farmhouse. The house sits at the end of a long lane into a magical forrest. The accommodation comprises a lovely upstairs bedroom, a kitchen/bedroom/living room where our hosts had lived for decades and a separate bathroom/utility room on the other side of the small courtyard. One can eat either outside or in a separate room off the courtyard. A walker’s paradise in a home steeped in history...

"Le gîte est à 6 km du village et du commerce le plus proche. En ce qui concerne les équipements, le four dysfonctionnait et l’éclairage général du gîte est insuffisant. L’installation mériterait une remise à jour. La pièce à vivre est chaleureuse, spacieuse et les baies vitrées sympas. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Sdb correctes, sans plus. "We returned to this Gite this year. We never do this and that shows how much we enjoy this property. It is perfect for families, the Gite itself and the gardens are beautiful. The pool is great and the boule and table tennis were enjoyed by everyone."

"Comfortable house but it would be a good idea to include in the description that it’s up a very steep track with sharp bends and the garden is on different levels, some steep. Maybe not suitable for someone with mobility difficulties"
