This is serious. I've been away a lot, Aruba, Spain, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Caribbean Islands, places in the U.S.. In very nice 4-5 star hotels too. This tops it all. It was like going into a fairytale. If I had to sum this stay up in one word it would be "enchanting". Every room here is themed with cultural references such as the Mardi Gras room, or English manor. Which are the 2 rooms we stayed in. Each room is different and unique. They even have a room that's hidden behind a secret bookcase....

Awesome party space with a massive kitchen. Will definitely boom again in the future. A little pricey, but so worth it for all you get.

We needed a place to be able to have plenty of room and give us the opportunity to relax. This was the perfect rental for us and I’m sure would be the right place for many others. Highly recommended.

Brand new beautiful hotel on the Susquehanna River - great breakfast and very clean!!

Love the vibe here and the restaurant. We booked a suite and it was great!

We can’t say enough! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants! The Warwick Ephrata Rail trail is so easy to find in Lititz! 8.5 miles of gorgeous shaded & sunny paved trail! Have a cold drink Griddle & Grind and ride on back! Lots of benches and bathrooms along the way. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic and Mexican across street great!!! Go to the Tomato Pie for breakfast, so good. And there’s a great Cafe New Holland also is great! Don’t miss the Sight & Sound Theater...

Quick one night stay but satisfied

This was the perfect location for our stay. The Inn was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a good variety. Staff friendly, easy check-in. Had a pool but no jacuzzi.

very clean, comfortable and convenient! We had a quick visit overnight on our way to Baltimore and this hotel was s win

Room was very clean. Quiet and worth another stay

The hotel was overall good; clean, modern, safe, bed was comfortable etc. however the pillows were flat. PS: would appreciate if that hotel advised the parents to observe quiet time after 10.30. We had kids running outside our room after 11.30!

Easy check in with friendly staff Shawna

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We only had to stay for one night but each staff member was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast options were simple but great. Definitely a much better experience than other hotels my family and I have stayed in around the same area.

This Inn is my getaway retreat. Clean. Comfy. Safe. Quaint and historic town. Walk the town and visit all the charming shops and cafes. Friendly historical society that offers great little tours to learn about the town and its history. (Visit nearby Ephrata Cloister as well if you can. It’s a gem.) When we checked out today, the woman at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get her name) took the time to tell us about some of the history of the Inn and surrounding sites. Up and beyond kindness and...

Property and room were clean. You can tell it’s a cheaply made building how you can hear the footsteps down the hall and being in construction you know where to look for cut corners. But it’s well hidden and priced right. We didn’t use any facilities or have breakfast but it smelled great. I would stay again. Price is right and it’s in the right spot.

Staff were exceptional and attentive to our concerns. They were always accommodating, friendly and welcoming to us. Considering we had a group of 29 mainly children, the pool was small but overall, my group had a great time. I love the fact that tea and coffee was available 24/7, there was a slight variety in breakfast each morning, they had hot options, it went till 10am, and the lounge area was comfortable and fun for children as well. Definitely a family friendly hotel. The hotel was...

This hotel was the perfect for our weekend getaway with the kids to Hershey Park! It was a 5 minute drive from the park, and it also offered a pretty decent selection as park of the free breakfast. I guess I always just expect the minimum when it comes to free breakfast, but they had a decent selection of both hot, cold and to-go options. The breakfast alone probably saved us a good $40 (estimating the cost for breakfast for a family of 4), so that was a great addition. Room was pretty standard...

The room was fantastic and perfect for families! The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and there were so many options for dining. I would absolutely recommend!

The person working the desk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. She was by herself and was handling it so well with a line of people waiting to check in. She was so wonderful!
