"The area offers so much history, culture, cuisine and nature, but it’s hard to resist the peacefulness, quality and views of the house alone. My friends and I can’t wait to return and I’m writing this just as we pass through the gate! We were a group of eight, with a couple of friends joining us from Athens for a day or two. The split levels, various lounge areas, beachside and poolside make for plenty of space. Paddle boards, pool floats, kayaks and more are provided to keep you entertained, too. One night we had Mrs. Stella prepare us a fantastic meal, she catered to specific requests and requirements in terms of allergies with ease. She also comes every lunchtime to tidy and clean, bringing hotel quality to the stay. The pool is cleaned and grounds maintained every few days, too. The nearby village, a short walk along the beach and up some steep steps, provides amenities and restaurants. We were in town during the low season, so these were only really open at the weekend. Nafplio, the incredible old capital of Greece, is a 20 min drive across the bay and is stunning. "

"Great location on the water with beautiful views. Place was clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. Host provided great information about local restaurants and activities to do in the area. We did some amazing day trips based on his suggestions to Leonidio and Kastanista. The local Taberna in Kiveri which is a 5 min walk has amazing food. Would highly recommend this place. "

"Quiet and peaceful on the beach. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful with things to do in the area and tips on things to see on our way through Nafplio when we were leaving. Shout out to Sylvia and Lukas. "

"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. This is a great town for those who want peace and quiet and families. I cannot say enough about our stay, we loved it!! The kitchen and main bedroom are on second floor and accessed via a spiral staircase so beware! It was not a problem for us but It can be a problem for mobility challenged. "

"Great location, okay space, horrible property manager. - Address in confirmation email takes you to another location. I knew the language and was able to ask someone for help. - Ac unit is broken - top flap is taped down and second flap does not move so air does not blow to cool down and does not reach the bedroom. - Asked for a fan - was brought an old broken fan. Another very hot evening of sleep. Didn’t see the host to let her know it was broken but a brand new box fan showed up on the doorstep the next night so she knew she gave us a broken fan the night before. - 3 days into our trip, I catch the host peering at me through a sliding door. She startled me and I opened the door to say hello. She said “oh, you’re here?” I said yes. She said well if you’re not here, you must turn off the ac unit. I kind of scoffed at the request with it being 43 degrees during the day but said we’ll try our best to remember but it gets very hot and it’s more comfortable when we get back if it’s on. She said no, it’s forbidden and you must turn it off. - There was no other questions about how we’ve enjoyed our stay so far, etc. she left in a haste. - Left the unit for 1.5 hours later that day to return and find the ac had been turned off. She entered with no warning with our passports and money there. There is no safe on the property. - you must arrange cleaning with the cleaner yourself. No replenishment of toilet paper.
