The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kids’ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. "Such an amazing property with a great owner and management. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. Blackout shades in bedrooms that work with buttons was an added bonus so we can get good sleep. All amenities were provided by management and they were all perfect including breakfast items. Having laundry in the Villa was also an added bonus. Close proximity to the beach was huge. New pool on the rooftop was spectacular. What more could you want?"

"Trash, dirty dishes in the sink, dirt and leaves on the floors upstairs and down, bugs inside the flimsy excuses for window screens dis nothing to halt—I could go on sadly. The place was absolutely filthy and the second half of the property was under construction. The location and the views are magnificent but cannot make up for a lack of cleanliness well below third world hostels and war zone barracks I have slept in. Will be a nice place to spend a holiday if completely gutted, and sanitized. "

"Slightly aged building and amenities, still great, friendly stuff, clean, everything worked well. Amazing Terrace on the 5th floor with a great view to the harbor, especially in the morning for sunset. They offer turndown service. The room on the first floor was a bit noisy during the Saturday night traffic. Can recommend also in Winter, great value for price."
