"Fantastic stay"

"Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer? Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous. No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one? Front desk staff is great. Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice. "

"What a fun little hotel, it’s not every stay you have a sauna in your room. The staff were super friendly - especially as there was initially an error with check in. They offer a happy hour of free drinks and the bar staff joined us for a game of cards whilst it was quiet. The area isn’t super ‘tourist friendly’ but when you’re in your room you won’t care. "

"This was further from the station than I expected but still an easy walk once you manage to get out of the station approach area. Helpful welcoming staff on reception, room was clean and good. Area has some restaurants and a combini on the next corner."

"Comfortable and convenient place to stay that is within easy walking distance of Nagoya station. The staff were friendly and really helpful. I would have no hesitation in staying there again in future. The buffet breakfast was great as well, similar to other branches of the hotel chain."
