"Very kind and responsive owner. Excellent communication. Convenient location. The furniture and other elements are fairly basic. For example, there is no bedside table in one room. "Great property. Host is responsive and attentive. Wifi and AC work great. Apartment is very clean. Location is close enough to the main road but not loud at all. The Google maps location is not quite right, you have to take a south right turn off banana trail and keep following it to the right. "

"Secure, private, gated cottage amongst other similar cottages. With air-conditioning, good cell coverage. Laundry available on grounds, shared with other 4 cottages. Manager/owner Vaughn very helpful. Code opens electric/hydraulic gate at entrance to grounds. Convenient to Batibou Beach (approx 12min by car). Drive to Portsmouth for market days took 18-20min by car."

"Great location. Fabulous views. Fantastic little community of Paix Bouche. We are birders/photographers so the description in the property description of seeing the endemic Sisserou parrots up close and personal sold me. Although according to bird expert Dr. Birdy these are at Syndicate. But we did see up to 10 red-necked Amazon's in the Mango on property!! This was fantastic. The wildlife and Bird Life plants trees scenery was incredible.However the add was inaccurate. The pictures were old as...

"the property is nothing like the pictures. it was very unkept and smelt really moldy. Even the restroom at the reception area was below par for a hotel.
To get the rooms, the tiles in the hall are very slippery and sunked in ...be careful when walking down the steps as well.
In our room the toilet and the jacuzzi were not working. It was so bad i had to go all the way back to reception to request a room change.The second room smelt really moldy, we tried to air it out but here's where it went wrong. The reception stated that the security guard will bring us a fan to air out the new room, but on whatsapp she stated that i needed to come and collect ....its a good distance from the room. i was turned off by the atmosphere and lack of concern by the staff. I went to check out the same day (this was less than an hour after checking in) and the reception did not even have the courtesy to check me out and said that i should leave to the key with the grounds man. As we were loading the car i could hear the staff mockingly shouting "BYE!" i was really hurt.
The pool was so dirty and unkept. I have reached out to Expedia for a refund and i am still unable to get any satisfaction from this ordeal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE ESPECIAL BECAUSE OF THE MOLDY SMELL, BROKEN FACILITIES AND EXTREMELY UNHOSPITABLE STAFF. I DID NOT STICK AROUND FOR THE WORST "
