"We spent a month in the south of France and out of all of the places we stayed, this one was the best. Our hosts Herve and Nathalie, whom we had the pleasure of meeting during our time there, were very responsive to all of our communications, both before our arrival and also during our stay. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and just a short one block walk to a great beach. The view from the balcony is very limited, but you can see a bit of the water just over the rooftops of the other houses. The balcony was the largest and most comfortable of any of the other properties we visited and had a great wraparound seating area which was perfect for that afternoon glass, (or two), of wine.The apartment is located in Le Racou, a small beach neighborhood at the south edge of Argeles-sur-mer. We stayed for thirteen days, right at the end of the beach season. It was quiet, peaceful and very safe. The beach is sandy, unlike the rocky beaches further to the north. On several days we hiked in the hills just south of the village, along the coastline. The village of Le Racou has everything you will need for a wonderful, seaside stay, including lots of small and welcoming places to eat."

"The view from my room/apartment was amazing . It looked right over the water with the castle in the distance. There was a table and 4 chairs on the balcony. The room included a small kitchen with fridge, microwave,toaster, coffee pot and hob/stove top. Also a tv and inside table with 4 chairs. The couch rolled out into a double bed and there were bunk beds in a little alcove. Everything you could need for your stay. If there was one thing I would change - they could use some new towels, theirs were very thin and worn. Overall an excellent room and well worth the money."
