Prefect property, it’s a short walk to the clock tower / old bazaar and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping district, the hotel was very clean and staff are friendly and on hand to assist as much as possible Want to thank the following staff who made our stay comfortable as possible : thank you Meryem for booking us awesome excursions and recommending things to do, Mervi for your assistance where needed and Ayez who worked in the restaurant

Great location. The hotel itself is quite nice and the room is very spacious. Staff were generally nice and helpful, but service was very slow. Our curtain was broken in the room and we had to ask 3-4 times before someone came in to fix it. It was resolved in the end, but definitely a bit inconvenient for us and the staff. Additionally, we requested takeaway breakfast (after the staff had mentioned this was possible) and told them that we were vegetarian. Despite this, they still put meat in the meal. Nonetheless, it was still a good stay overall!

Perfect location. Hotel is newer, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Tram is 6 minute walk. Connects to bus station. Also hotel is walking distance from old town.

Position of the hotel is pretty ok, 5 minutes away from the old town and main attractions. Couple of remarks: no coffee in the room (ok you can leave with it) but no coffee available at breakfast (only extra charge- hotel policy). More over they do not offer bottled water for rooms ( you have to pay for the bottled water and the cost is double than the normal price) and breakfast choices were veryyyy limited I would say, no omllette , neither fried eggs or turkish menemen, only boiled eggs were included.

Wonderfull Hotel

I stayed at Bonnie City Hotel for the Health and Medical Fair in Antalya, and from the moment I arrived, the hotel’s cleanliness impressed me. The lobby was spotless and welcoming, and my room was perfectly prepared. The sheets were crisp, white, and smelled fresh, while the bathroom was sparkling clean. The reception team was incredibly attentive. One evening after returning from the fair, I asked for recommendations for a nice dinner spot nearby. Not only did they provide great suggestions, but they also helped me make a reservation. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. Breakfast was more than sufficient; the warm pastries were particularly delicious. While having freshly squeezed orange juice would have been a nice addition, I was overall satisfied with the quality of the breakfast. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers cleanliness and excellent service, Bonnie City Hotel is definitely the right choice

Das Hotel an sich sehr hübsch, leider sind die Zimmer nicht sauber die Bettwäsche roch nicht frisch und auch der Teppich machte kein schönen Anblick. Nachts baten wir an der Rezeption um Frische Bettwäsche die uns freundlicherweise gegeben wurde. Frühstück war leider auch nicht mehr viel Auswahl um 9:30 da und dazu hatten wir auch dort Pech mit dem Geschirr was nicht richtig sauber wirkte. Preis und Lage um Antalya zu erkunden super! Aber wer auf Hygiene achtet es ist zwar nicht schmutzig in dem Sinn aber für so ein äußerlich Hübsch aussehendes Hotel sollten auch Zimmer etwas mehr Hygiene bieten

After spending weeks looking at hotels, I choose the Bonnie City as it had good reviews and the facilities described matched what I was looking for. Unfortunately the reality didn't match up to the description and photos and I ended up checking out 4 days early and moving to another hotel. Room - the room was a good size but had only 3 coat hangers and there were no drawers. The walls were very thin and I could hear someone snoring in the room next door. Although the bed was comfortable, the only bedcover was a thin rough textured sheet/blanket. The air conditioning unit was directly above the bed which was uncomfortable during the night. The bathroom was a good size however the shower cubicle was quite small and it leaked. Breakfast - Breakfast was awful. Cheap tasting orange juice, no toast machine and many different bowls of food but nothing was labelled so it was a bit hit and miss as to what you ended up with. Facilities - The webpage states that the hotel has a coffee shop/cafe, a fine dining restaurant and a bar. None of this is true. I believe you can order coffees and food and have it in the communal seating area/garden however this does not constitute a cafe or restaurant and is also only available until 4pm. They also don't serve alcohol. Location - The location is very close to the Old Town which is good during daylight hours however I didn't like walking back in the evening as the surrounding streets were dark and empty.

I have had the best stay at Bonnie City Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to pick from. The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite. I would especially like to give a lot of credit to the two waitresses working in the restaurant, they are very hardworking and doing a great job

Im ganzen war das Hotel gut. Wir waren nur ein paar Nächte dort, dafür ist es echt in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut. Außerdem hat die Dichtung am Boden der Dusche nicht dichtgehalten und somit war jedesmal der ganze Boden im Bad ünerschwemmt. Der Duschkopf war auch nicht dicht und es ist überall Wasser rausgekommen, nur nicht da, wo es sollte. Eine kleine Heizung im Bad hat uns auch gefehlt, um Badebekleidung, Handtücher etc. zu trocken. Es gab ein kleines Buffet zum Frühstück, allerdings mit relativ wenig Auswahl.

Wonderful hotel, but unusable internet. The facilities are new and well kept. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The location is great, but surrounding area not so much. My only real complaint is the internet. It is unusable and this caused massive inconvenience for me personally. This is a great place to stay if you don't require a workable internet connection.

Overall the hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and polite and we felt comfortable and relaxed. The room was cozy and quiet as I wanted. I would definitely recommend this location as it’s very near to local attractions and beaches. Breakfast options were mainly local, my minus point was for not having coffee apart from the sachets which contained milk and I couldn’t have it unless paid separately. Nevertheless it was all worth it and we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Veldig fornøyd, flinke ansatte!

Et veldig fint hotell med god standard. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vi hadde, veldig hyggelige personer i resepsjonen. De i kantinen og renholderne var veldig flinke også. Spesielt Emine som hadde ansvaret for renholdet hos oss. Hotellet ligger bare noen kvartaler unna sentrum.
