"Excellent atmosphere, lots of room for gathering of families or groups of people, beautiful waterfalls and hot tubs and a nice pool, lots for the kids to play on, delicious coffee, nice big breakfast the kids all eat"

"Room close to the elevator was extremely noisy. Couldn’t sleep. When guests arrive late, I hope staff would be trained to put guests away from noise. "

"The room was okay, but the toilet/shower area showed signs of age and the vent was full of dust. Breakfast is from 6-9 am. We got to breakfast at 8:25 am and there were only a few eggs and bagels left- no biscuits and gravy, no yogurt, no waffle mix, no cereal, no sausage, no oatmeal, etc. Very disappointing!!!!"

"Sheets were not clean with hairs around the bedding as if they just remade the bed without changing sheets, bathroom wall did have what looked like a skid mark by my toilet paper roll:(( did try to make a complaint but no call back. Also was never given my pet deposit back when there was no issues when left "
