"Staff was extremely friendly, and check in was a breeze. Beds comfortable, and although near a busy freeway, street noise was minimal. Only thing to note, room numbers were very small - I had to get out of my car and walk up to the doors to see a number 🙃 lol besides that - we'd happily stay here again!"

The Hyatt Centric surprised us with a fantastic,10th floor view of the cityscape, including the capitol. The receptionist was extra courteous, the music-themed room was luxurious (of course), and the location all added to our family vacation happy memories. "

"Nice hotel with a very comfortable bed and relaxing tv power saving mode of a fireplace but I wish I would have known they were hosting prom. It was a little hectic for a bit but it was nice to chill at the bar. The bar manager was very snobby and didn’t seem like she had customer service skills and didn’t want to work. Once she left the bar mood was very chill. Try the pretzel it’s a must."
