"I truly don’t know how other reviewers had bad things to say about this hotel. We had a triple room with a lake view and although it wasn’t the best view it was still beautiful and true to the photoessay. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous. The dinner was 40euro/person but was a four course meal and worth it. It was a wonderful location and wonderful staff. Would definitely return. "

"Lovely staff and lovely hotel. We had a room with 2 balconies, one right over the river. The river is loud with the windows open but the with the windows shut the soundproofing was great. Really nice location for exploring the dolomites."

"A gem of a hotel. Staff are helpful, friendly, warm. Rooms are simple, but highly functional. It is a bit of a drive to get up to the hotel which is perched on the most gorgeous mountain pass, but you won't be disappointed. About a 45 minute drive to access the Sellaronda for skiing (we got on in Corvara). Great breakfast and excellent restaurant for dinner serving Tyrolian classics. Our family of four stayed in a room which had a king sized bed in the main living area and two twin beds in a loft. Cute mountain hut across the road which serves food and drink. We ended our day with a warm Bombardino and Gluhwein. Perfect. Amazing value for the money. "
