Modern Anthem Allure - Perfect Home Away From Home

Safe community

"We had a lovely two months in Anthem. Great neighborhood with nice people. This place had pretty much everything needed for our two month stay. The kitchen was great as my husband loves to cook. Anthem is short on places to eat out so plan on traveling if you like to do that. Safety was my main issue when looking for a winter retreat from the iowa cold. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time outside in the beautifully landscaped back yard. They allowed dogs and they loved it as well. Streaming television was a bit different for us as we have cable but it was fine and we didn’t really need it. We’ve looked into booking again to that area next year if we decide to go back to Arizona. Great area for day trips to Sedona, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Cave Creek. Thank you for opening your home to us. Thomas and Jeri Brown"

Gorgeous Home and Great Area

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The yard, patio and pool offered a beautiful setting for enjoying our morning coffee as well as a cocktail watching the beautiful sunset. The host was wonderful and took care of any issues we had immediately. The community is gated, has a golf course and beautiful homes which I totally enjoyed during my daily walks. I would totally recommend this property."

"Quiet location. Great access to nature as home backs golf course. Quail, rabbits, roadrunners and doves visible everyday. Feel comfortable in all previous positive reviews, Margie has a great property here. Everything you need, very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. "

Great Getaway!

"Carman's Country Club Home in Anthem Country Club was an amazing place to stay during our month-long winter sojourn (from frozen Minnesota). We appreciated the space to accommodate my wife and I and two small dogs, as well as occasional visits from family and friends during our stay. The house is immaculate and had everything we needed for our temporary relocation.Its location is convenient to I-17 which made our multiple day trips to Sedona quick and easy (no Phoenix metro traffic). Likewise, it's easy to hop over to Cave Creek and Carefree, as well as North Scottsdale.Thanks, Carman, for being a responsive and helpful host as well as providing great suggestions for places to visit nearby (like the Bearded Barber). We totally enjoyed our visit."
