"We overall had a great time. The room was very spacious with the living area apart from the bedroom and the pool was awesome for our kids. It was very warm and the Jacuzzi was hot. It was so nice. The continental breakfast was awesome. It has a omelette station, so that was really nice. Only downside to this was that we had checked in and arrived at 2:45 and the hotel room wasn’t ready till four. A lot of people were waiting and we’re upset so I just feel like they need to be more on top of turning the rooms so that they’re ready on time."

"Been to quite a few places around el paso. This is best hotel for the money that I've found yet. Fully accessible soda fountain in the lobby and the meditation room with those massive massage chairs definitely took several hours off or weekend up."

"Service at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain all the available amenities like the pool (not heated), fitness center, free water coffee and tea in the lobby and free breakfast. The rooms and the hotel itself was very clean and well cared for. I couldn't understand how being so close to the airport they didn't offer a free shuttle."

"The hotel room is clean, but the desk is sticky. It only provides one set of the shampoo and conditioner for two people. The breakfast starts at 7:00am on Saturday. It doesn’t provide anything to people with earlier flight. The shuttle bus also starts late. If you have an early flight, it doesn’t help."

"The room was clean and the bedspread and sheets smelled clean too. Looks like the hotel itself is being upgraded/remodeled so there is a strong smell of paint but other than that it is worth the price. The only other issue is the location of the entrance to the hotel. It is right after you exit the freeway so you can definitely miss it, especially at night."
