"I was offered the option of a “fully-serviced apartment.” However, the first apartment offered had bed bugs crawling all over the bed. When I called to complain, they simply said that insects are common and begrudgingly moved us to another apartment in the same building. Though the apartment was fine, it had no AC in 30 degree Celsius weather. When I noted that, they simply opened the window and said there is a nice ocean breeze and said that all rooms in the hotel didn’t have AC - which I...
