The residence is located opposite the sea, in the Antibes-les-Pins district, between the center of Juan-les-Pins and Golfe Juan, and has an infinity pool.

It is located in a large pedestrian complex where all amenities are within walking distance: Leclerc supermarket, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, beautician, medical center, pizza truck, bakery, etc.

The sandy beaches (100 m away) are accessible by following a pedestrian path along the 5-hectare Exflora municipal park, open year-round, with no road to cross (underground passage).
