The apartment consists of a bedroom upstairs, an equipped kitchen, a living room with convertible sofa overlooking a terrace with pergolas, a landscaped and fenced garden, a barbecue, 2 deckchairs .
You have a secure parking space inside the property.

Situé à 15 minutes à pieds du Port Vauban,du Vieil Antibes,l'hébergement spacieux,bien agencé,décoré avec goût,offre un séjour calme et agréable.Les commerces quels qu'ils soient sont à moins de 10 mm en voiture(carrefour)A moins de 30mm,de jolis villages perchés vous accueillent pour de magnifiques découvertes(Tourette/Loup,Biot,Gourdon) La gentillesse et le dévouement des propriétaires font de cette location un gros coup de cœur.J'y reviendrai avec un immense plaisir.

wir hatten eine schöne woche ferien im haus. es ist wie auf den bildern. auch die vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. auch mit den zeiten vom check-in/check-out sind sie sehr flexiebel. und bei fragen oder problemen sind sie so schnell als möglich zur stelle. auch mit hund ist es kein problem. wir gehen gerne wider.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub an der Côte d’Azur. Das Haus ist klein, aber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Eine Woche mit vier Leuten ließ sich gut aushalten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen bei Problemen jederzeit zur Verfügung. In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei, sowie die Buslinie 200 Richtung Nizza (ca. 60 Min.)und Cannes (ca. 40min.). Gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das einzige störende waren die vielen Moskitos im Garten, aber dies ist wahrscheinlich ein saisonales Problem. Alles in allem ist die Côte d’Azur immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Grande maison divisée charmante, belle région Super! Plage proche! Commerce aussi! "sauf entrée route directe ( ancienne route de Nice avant aménagement routier) décollage des avions la nuit, jardinet avec moustiques (donc pénible ), Pas de clim, pas de grill-pain, pas de micro-ondes, pas de bouilloire,pas de cafetière classique (adieu le petit-dég sympa) séjour agréable si débrouillard et concilliant Propriètaires sympas et acceillants (dommage)

zentrumsnah, etwa gute 10 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt, zum Schlafen für 4 Personen o.k. Sauberkeit ok. (Haare im Bad u Kleinigkeiten) aus deutscher Sicht darf man in Frankreich u Italien nicht super-pingelig sein :-) kl Terrasse mit Kiesboden leider durch kleine fliegende Terroristen verseucht in der letzten Augustwoche. An Mückenschutz denken! Wer Ausflug Richtung Nizza plant: Buslinie 200 stoppt quasi direkt vor dem Haus. pro Person 1.50 Euro einfach, ca. 50 min.Fahrt. ist x-mal günstiger als in Nizza Parkplatz zu suchen. Stadtstrand vorm Hotel Royal ist i.O., Parkplatz direkt davor. 5 Stunden kosten 5 Euro Parkgebühr. Achtung! Ticket nicht verlängern sondern neues ziehen da sonst der Tarif raketenartig ansteigt. ab 19. Uhr kostenfrei bis in die Früh. nochmal zum Objekt: oben grosses Bett,kl Schreibtisch, Schrank, Treppe ist relativ steil u schmal. Strckdosen für Frankreich normal, dennoch macht es Sinn Adapterstecker und Mehrfachsteckdose mitzunehmen wer evtl. mehrere Handys laden muss. unten Kühl und TK Schrank, Induktionsherd mit den wichtigsten Töpfen u Pfannen.. TV u Sat Receiver, Tisch u Schlafcouch, Kaffeemaschine-Kapseln!.Das Allerwichtigste aber: der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern: Nettes, zuvorkommendes und unkompliziertes Paar( französisch/englisch/italienisch- mit gutem Willen und viel Lachen war die Verständigung perfekt) bei Fragen rasch telefonisch erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierhin zurück! Preis, Leistung, Charme und Respekt passen einfach. Beste Grüße aus Ulm, Ralf Zwiebler

Abbiamo passato una bella e rilassante vacanza ad Antibes nella settimana di ferragosto 2019. Sig. Marc e la sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi ,puntuali e ci hanno dato informazioni e consigli preziosi con i posti .C'è la spiaggia con la sabbia ad Antibes,c'è la spiaggia con le ciotole li vicino e l'acqua bellissima!L'allogio è stato molto tranquillo,vantaggio con il parcheggio accanto alla casetta.I Lo consigliamo!!!! Grazie di tutto!!!!
