Superb ground floor studio, unique and functional, with a private entrance in a perfectly located villa in the heart of Antibes. 5 minutes' walk from all amenities. Close to shops, grocery stores, bakeries, and pharmacies. 800m away from the city center, the port, and the old town of Antibes. Entertainment, bars, pubs, and numerous restaurants are nearby. The ramparts, the Fort Carré, museums, and sandy beaches. Suitable for 1 or 2 people. Comfortable double bed (140*200). Bed sheets and towels provided.
