The location was wonderful and there was convenient indoor parking for the car. Breakfast was not included in the price and we had to pay extra for it, but the fee was fair and matched the value. Large and comfortable room, with a balcony and sea view.

Very nice, well maintained clean hotel, good location, close to train station, shopping, restaurants, ocean. good location, close to train station, shopping, restaurants, ocean., close to train station, shopping, restaurants, ocean. Is very nice property, hotel room was spacious, clean, lobby was very good, staff was nice. Overall I give this hotel 5/5. Rather than staying in Nice, we were happy with our decision to stay here and commute easily to other cities like Cannes, Nice and Monaco by...

We initially ha an issue with a gasoline smell - the hotel quickly addressed the issue and upgrade us to another/better room. Thank you

The property is very well managed. You would often see the manager about the hotel and he always greeted you. Of the 3 and 4 star properties I've stayed at in Europe, this room may well be the largest. It has a counter the full width of the room. There is a large balcony with table and chairs that extends the full length of the room. A small fridge was in the closet. The property has a pleasant courtyard where you can sit and have a drink or the petit breakfast in the morning. Beach and shops...

GREAT location just outside of Antibes which meant less traffic. GREAT parking lot too if you're renting a car or driving there. Steps away from the BEACH and train!

The swimmingpool was great :)

Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. It was very convenient to have a kitchen. The facilities...

The staff at the hotel were very nice and the room was clean. Nice swimming pools and excellent restaurant at the rooftop.

We stayed at the Five Seas for one night of a 10 day trip through France. We were very well taken care of at reception and the room was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

We travel a few times a year and stay in different hotels and properties. We absolutely loved this very unique resort. The staff were so professional yet very personable. They were there to truly serve the guests and to make sure every need of their guests are made. Thank you all for making us feel valued. Melissa, the room director was extremely helpful. We will go back there when we return to NICE. Emmanuel the Concierge is one the best we have ever come across. First class job.

Beautiful property with wonderful staff and great amenities! All staff was very attentive! The best breakfast buffet we've ever experienced. Hotel has a wonderful spa and an amazing restaurant Palm d'or. We had a wonderful stay and will be visiting again
