Clos de Vigne in the Safranier district of old Antibes is perfect for discerning guests seeking a beautiful vacation home in the old town with their own private garden (complete with a barbecue and outdoor seating) and breathtaking views of the sea.

This gem is located on the picturesque Rue Haut Castelet which is fondly know by locals and visitors alike as the “flower street” for the beautiful plants and flowers that adorn the street. Clos des Vignes is filled with all the charm of Provence highlighted by lovely oak finishes, exposed stone walls, and artisanal tire work.

While preserving the historic essance of the home, we have updated Clos des Vignes with all the modern conveniences expected of our discerning guests. Guests will enjoy spectacular views of the azul-blue Mediterranean Sean on a sun-soaked terrace just off the top bedroom complete with comfortable sun loungers.


Although guests are steps away from gorgeous fine-sand beaches, delightful shops and restaurants, and the historic Provencal farmers’ market, the setting is tranquil at Clos des Vignes—perfect for relaxing during the day and a peaceful sleep at night.

Ideal for four guests, the two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) are generously appointed with comfy mattresses, plush pillows, and high-thread-count linens, while the bathrooms are stocked with luxury bath products. Each bedroom can be configured as one king-sized bed or two twin beds.

With air-conditioning and heating throughout the house, guests can comfortably lounge, relax, and enjoy a large Samsung LED TV with access to Netflix, AppleTV, and cable channels. Free high-speed Wi-Fi provides even more entertainment options.


Shop at nearby farmer’s market for fresh local seafood, olives, goat cheese, Cavaillon melons, rosé wines, and other regional specialties. And bring your ingredients back to the marble-clad gourmet kitchen, which comes with everything you need to make a gourmet meal—a chef-quality convection oven and stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine, as well as high-end cookware, utensils, dishware, and stemware.
Take your coffee, your glass of wine, or your home-cooked meal to your own private garden—a rarity in the old town of Antibes—just off of the kitchen.


Clos des Vignes is equipped with all the necessities of home: bluetooth speakers in each bedroom and the living room, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, baby cot, and high chair.


Guests can enjoy a lovely French Riviera holiday without the hassle or worry of a car However, underground parking is available within a five minute walk (61 Euros/week). 

Museums, cafes, boutiques, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and the sparkling turquoise waters of the Mediterranean are all just a short stroll from your doorstep. The closest beach is Salis Beach—complete with a beach club (Royal Beach) for a leisurely lunch and sun loungers for a nice nap in the sun. Don’t forget to take one of our lovely beach bags complete with a large fluffy beach towel with you to enjoy a day at the beach.

Antibes is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Nice Airport. Within Antibes, there are a train and bus station which can take visitors to many of the local attractions including Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice, Monaco, Aix-en-Provence, etc.
