Host was great. Responded promptly. Location is excellent. Close to train and very close to old town. Very walkable. The pools were great for a cool down after a day out in the sun. The private patio is huge. The property itself could use a little facelift but it was overall a great place to stay.

Excellent accommodation in perfect location.

The property is basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the old town. The accommodation block is luxurious and the pool and facilities are 5 star. Roland was very helpful and communication was very good and easy.

Excellent base location for exploring the Cote D’Azur. Excellent secure parking, easy walk into Antibes Old Town. Pools were good, upper terrace with this property is a really good feature. Property was clean, adequate whilst a little tired and in need of updating.

We had a great stay, the appartment is next to the old town. The swimming pools are very nice. The appartement has everything you need, and the "roof" terras is very spacious! The appartement itself can have a little update, but price wise it is good!

This apartment is in a perfect location - near the port, old town, station, beach. It has everything you need - it's clean, has wifi, underground parking space, aircon etc. Roland was very helpful. The balcony is amazing and the pool complex is fantastic. We had a great holiday.

Great family oasis

We loved our stay in this spacious condo. The pools were clean and lovely. Great for children to play and parents to read and sun tan. I did not expect for the patio in the pictures to be our own but it was! Although laundry is not in the apartment it is in the condo complexe right beside the pool - so easy. The washing machine automatically provides detergent so know need to bring your own. The apartment has all that is needed to cook and two couches with one that pulls out from underneath. Plus a separate room with double bed. All very comfortable. Roland is a generous and kind host. Constantly asking if we had what we needed and encouraging us to enjoy our stay. And we did! Hope to return to Antibes again and would stay here again for sure! Thanks Roland.

Comfortable apartment in great location

We had a lovely stay for 11 nights in Roland's apartment. The apartment is very well situated, 6 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes to the port, 6-7 minutes to the beach and about 4 minutes to the old town. There is a convenient Carefore supermarket just a couple of minutes away. The apartment complex is lovely, with a beautiful fish pond and mature planting. The apartment does not have a washing machine but there is a laundry room just the other side of the pool where you can wash for 5. This includes detergent so you don't have to bring your own. The apartment has an air dryer on the terrace so no need to use the dryer. The real star of the show is the pool complex. There is a large (deep) pool, then three staggered small pools with jacuzzi jets/waterfall and then another large pool suitable for children. There are ample sun loungers around and we never had issues getting a spot.The kids adored it.As the previous reviews mention, the apartment itself is a little bit tired and could do with a spruce up, but it is well equipped and very comfortable. It is exactly as shown in the photographs. The air conditioning is great and there was strong wifi. Both the bed and the two sofa beds were very comfortable. Roland supplied plenty of towels and there was also beach accessories like umbrella, mats etc which were very useful. Roland was a great host and quick to answer any questions. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon!

GREAT STAY IN CENTER OF ANTIBES

Rental is advertised, simple but efficient. Superbe location near the port,beach restaurants in the heart of Old Town. We were 3 people in the apartment (room for 4). What we really appreciated was free access all day to the swimming pools and jacusi. Large private terrace (up one flight of stairs) great for lunch (small barbecue) and relaxing. Host Roland very accommodating and available at all times. Good value for the price (especially for Antibes) Would gladly return.

Host didn't enter the check in, wifi info etc onto my account prior to arriving despite my requesting it. He met us at entrance , quickly told me the code but was impatient while I asked him to repeat it while I wrote it down. He didn't make sure the tv and wifi worked properly so we had to call him back. Worst by far was the neglected and run down state of the flat and it had not been cleaned at all. It was disgusting! Myy daughter used wet wipes to clean the plastic dining table for instance and they were black, as were her feet when she wiped them. This was immediately after he left. We will list everything in a formal complaint when we go home. After we complained about the dirt he sent a cleaner to wash the floors. The terracw is a very nice area but no mention was made in the description about the difficult to use spiral staircase, nor that adults couldn't sit up there in the evenings if children are in bed. The Pierre et Vacances resort itself, their outside spaces and the pools are excellent. But they could not make up for our very bad experience of the flat itself and the seemingly inept and incompetent host. By the second night we couldn't cope with the experience any more and I found other accommodation to move to, where I paid only 200 euros more for a week for a spacious CLEAN, well maibtained 2 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The stay there was a 50th birthday trip for my daughter as she and my young grandson love swimming.

Ti dage i paradis

Vi boede i lejligheden i ti dage og det var fantastisk. Selvom boligkomplekset ikke er helt nyt, var der alt man kunne drømme om. Pool og jacuzzi lige udenfor døren. Børnene elskede det. Stranden er også kun fem minutter væk og masser af gode restauranter i området. Den gamle bymidte ligger 2 minutter væk og det samme gør det første supermarked. Hvis vi skal fremhæve nogle ting, er det den store terrasse og den gode kontakt med værten Roland. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Bon emplacement, appartement assez grand avec une énorme terrasse bien équipée et plusieurs piscines. Bonne communication avec l’hôte qui nous a fait faire un tour des installations. Cependant, je n’y retournerai jamais étant donné que ce n’était vraiment pas propre : poussière collée sur les murs et sur diverses prises, vaisselles parfois sales et brisée, rideau de douche blanc avec des champignons. Les meubles sont très très usés.

Roland, der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich bei der Ankunft, hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und eingewiesen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein.Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zu Bahnhof, Hafen und Altstadt. Zentral bedeutet aber auch, dass es laut ist: Straße und Pool.Das Mobiliar ist älter, aber alles funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Dachterrasse ist grandios.Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Anlage und ist leicht zu bedienen. Der Pool ist sehr schön.

Perfekt läge.

Super läge med närhet till allt. En charmig lägenhet med ett sovrum och två bäddsoffor. Passade perfekt för oss och vår tonårsdotter. Ligger bara några minuter från gamla stan med butiker och massa fina restauranger. Vi fixade frukost och en del luncher hemma i köket. Fyra plattor, utrustning, kylskåp som räckte för vår vistelse. Vi kunde verkligen uppleva Antibes. En lätt promenad till tågstationen (ca 5-7 min) för utflykter till Cannes, Nice, Monaco mm. Ett strålande läge att upptäcka franska rivieran på. Roland är en super värd. Han visade oss in i lägenheten, hur allt fungerade och gav oss en snabb genomgång av Antibes. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Emplacement au top Résidence sympa mais pas assez de transats. L'appartement n'est pas conforme les prises électriques a côté de l'évier et du lavabo.
