Fantastic location in the heart of Juan and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was great, being on the side of the building the balconies still overlooked the promenade and sea. Only minor issue is the water pressure, the shower does not invigorate! Overall a good place to stay.

The apartment was cozy, lovely, and well equipped. The front desk people were lovely and always helpful. Natalie was a gift - always giving good information on how to get everywhere. The best part of the apartment was the location - 1 block from the beach, restaurants, and near the railway, market, shops, and town. It was truly awesome!

Firstly, the map for the location of this property is not accurate; we received the email but it’s a different location. Thankfully the communication with property manager was excellent and we got given the correct location and they allowed us to book in early as well. The wi-fi didn’t work for 5 days during our 2 week stay so we had to use more of our roaming plus the WiFi didn’t work on the balcony at all. There were no cleaning products supplied at all (apart from washing up liquid), not even loo cleaner or bathroom/kitchen spray; also there was no small clothes line for wet bathers. The bed was extremely comfortable, the aircon worked well and the apartment was spotless with a lovely sea view. Some small improvements eg provision of basic cleaning products and fold-up clothes line would make the a really fabulous place to stay!
