This beautiful studio in Juan-les-Pins is ideal for a couple's getaway, whether for a seaside holiday or a business trip.
Located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a secure building with a concierge, it comfortably accommodates up to two guests.
Its location is a real plus, just steps from the beach, the pine forest, and the train station.
The living area easily converts into a comfortable sleeping space thanks to a sofa bed with a 160x200 cm mattress and base, providing a comfortable bed for two.
Linens and towels are provided for an additional fee.
You'll have a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso machine, perfect for enjoying delicious meals. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning (a welcome feature during the summer months), and a washing machine, very convenient for longer stays.
Pets are not allowed.
Enjoy a balcony, perfect for getting some fresh air and relaxing outdoors.
Parking is easy thanks to a nearby public parking lot. Free parking is also available on Avenue Dr. Dautheville.
