"The Riverside Chalet was a great fit for our family of 5 for a long weekend ski getaway. There was a ton of room to spread out - more than we needed - and the house was well-equipped to suit most of our needs and wants. The only negatives were related to the location. (1) It's definitely in the boonies. If you want quicker access to food/groceries or non-wilderness activities, it's at least a 20 minute drive. "We needed a place near town for a funeral we were attending and also wanted space for family to visit after the funeral. My sister has a 14 month old puppy that would not do well in a hotel room. "We drove 3.5 hours to stay at the clean cozy cabin. The cabin was very clean and there was plenty of wood for wood burning fireplace. Gorgeous picturesque views of the lake and awesome sunsets. The queen bed was new and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking to come back in summer to enjoy the lake! Thank you for sharing a great place with us!"

"From the moment I drove up, my expectations were met! The entry was a stunning contemporary vibe with a north woods influence! The rooms were spacious - very clean and comfortable! The adjoining restaurant was very comfortable and accommodating with a beautifully delicious breakfast. Walk in showers and grab bars for safety through out the bathroom. I was impressed with everything and the staff…. PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY!!❤️ Special shout out to Jackson the driver of the shuttle for the Chitek wedding in addition - Diane the front desk attendant!!"
