"The rooms are exceedingly small. The photographs are deceptive, and although the information is clear as to only bunk beds, the information provided DOES NOT accurately depict the tiny amount of remaining space and three people could not comfortably occupy the rooms. Also, there is no chair or bench to sit on, so tasks must be done from the bedside. A small desk/table pulls down from wall under the TV, but it is essentially unusable as occupants must sit at the foot of the bed to reach it. The rooms are NOT even remotely soundproof. We could hear every noise from the next room. On arrival no parking was available and we were required to use offsite public parking. There were multiple problems with the entry system into the room, requiring several trips to the front desk for changes. One day, there was an IT problem causing glitches in the system. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although, it was clear that not everyone on staff at the front desk was properly trained. The hotel opened in December, 2025, so it was fresh and clean. We did appreciate the maid service each day. Understandably, the extraordinary rate is based in part on location, but given the size of the room and services available, other hotels in the vicinity with larger rooms and more ammenities can be found at comparable rates. I do not recommend this hotel unless it is for one person only and you find the rates to be fair in comparison to other hotels in the area. "

"All in all hotel was fine but 57$ + tax a day for valet parking and they constantly say to tip the valet, how about paying the valet attendant a decent salary. Hotel should not charge an astronomical fee to park."
