"Lady who checked me in was incredibly kind and welcoming. The guy who worked the afternoon/night shift did not want to be there. I asked him for towels for the pool, I said thank you, he said “yep”. The guy needs to realize that he works there, it’s not a hobby for him. Room was clean and everything was exactly as I expected. Entire property was awesome, definitely coming back whenever we are in the area. "

"Home set back among trees off lake, creating a private secluded atmosphere. This home offered something for all ages!Pool table, Ping pong table, hot tub (and it was Hot and relaxing!) Website pictures were accurate!Fishing off the pier was exciting for grandsons! No phones needed, other than for photos! They were excited to catch and release the fish! Kayaks were a plus too! Lots of space, inside and outside!At night, there's a fire pit to relax by or make some s'mores!I can't say enough about Steve and Willow, the property managers- Jergensen Enterprises Property Management. They were awesome, easy to contact and quick to respond when needed! I would gladly book with them again, if looking in their areas! Thanks Steve and Willow for helping to make our family weekend special! ;)"

"As soon as we arrived, I INSTANTLY felt the tension leave my shoulders and knots disappear out of my neck. I went straight to the picturesque backyard lakeview & listened to the ducks and birds until sunset that was magestically magenta. I HAD to go LIVE on Facebook!!! Everyone loved the post & chimed in. It was thee perfect start to my birthday weekend! I was intimidated to operate the grill but the owner was MORE than happy to call us and carefully walk us through - step by step. Now , we're bonafide experts .... LOL, self proclaimed - that is. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top! We enjoyed it very much, almost as much as the firepit. We sincerely hated to leave. The lines of communication were EXCELLENT & EXPEDITIOUS, very friendly. Our only complaint is the way the water smelt, a little swampy. But I guess that maybe something out of their immediate control. Coming from NYC, it was a great getaway and change of scenery. Beware, if you make plans in the city limits of Chicago, leave 3 hours prior to your ETA. NO EXAGGERATION, distance and traffic are A!L!O!T!"

"We stayed for four nights with family and soon to be in-laws. Had a great time, everyone loved the rental, the backyard and the pontoon we rented for a relaxing day on the water.The kitchen had nice quantities of plates, silverware and glasses. Will was a great host and immediately answered my text looking for info. Would highly recommend!"

"What a great property and great experience. It was a quick weekend getaway for a group of friends and it was the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The hot tub was perfect, the property was peaceful, the house was beautiful and super clean, and the management company was very responsive to our many crazy questions about the fireplace. We all loved it so much, that we are hoping to make it a yearly place to stay. 5 stars all around! "
