Breakfast was ok, but quite expensive. The air conditioner did not cool at all. The hotel did not have even the simplest coffee maker in the room. TV channels sucked. The waiters in the restaurant were overall rude. Bedding was comfortable and good quality. The food at the restaurant was tasty and good quality, price was right with the exception of breakfast.

Very nice place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful, and resturant was great. Some road noise but earplugs provided. Booking in on arrival took a very long time.

When I arrived to check in, my reservation didn't show up in the system. After 45 minutes, the manager came to tell me there was a problem because their systems weren't connected to Expedia. They initially tried to assign me a room for two people, so I showed them the reservation on my Expedia app, and they then gave me a room for three. When we got to the room, the air conditioning wasn't working; I called reception to ask for a room change, but they said nothing else was available for that night. They sent a fan to the room instead (they never actually changed my room or fixed the AC). Later, I asked for an iron and ironing board; the iron had a plug that required an adapter, but luckily, I happened to have one with me. On the second day, they asked me to pay for the breakfasts from the previous day and that day, claiming the system didn't show my reservation as including breakfast. I went back to the front desk and showed them my Expedia app reservation again, which clearly included breakfast. I think this has been one of my worst hotel experiences.

The Room had a old A/C unit that never worked, after 2 days of asking reception to have it fixed that was ignored, I asked to be moved to a different room. ordering room service via the app just gets ignored and after going down in person to order room service they apologized and said it would be in my room in 20mins but still never turned up, staff where rude at the reception apart from 1 new starter.

All the people in the hotel is very nice, the building is beautiful, but the furniture and decoration looks old. I asked for sleepers and tissue (the website said it was of courtesy) and they said it was for a superior room, but they are going to look if there is some available, I never get them and never was told if there was availables or not.

La habitación muy antigua , fue como volver a los años 90 muy antiguo todo, recientemente estuve en NH Iquique Pasifico y lejos de la modernidad a la antigüedad, no me gustó, el personal de recepción te cobra 60 mil pesos por garantía por si sacas algo del frigobar y en iquique nada de nada, compré a través de Hoteles. Com en iquique nada adicional y acá en Antofagasta 14.000 por impuestos extras por ser chileno. La ubicación al final de Antofagasta lejísimos. Nooo la verdad a NH hotels Antofagasta no iré más.

Nos entregaron una habitación con el aire acondicionado malo, considerando las altas temperaturas. Al otro día nos cambiaron de habitación y no entregarin el servicio de limpieza como corresponde, el AC si bien funcionaba, dejaba agua en la pieza. Los pasillos del hotel constantemente se encontraban con bandejas y nadie laa sacaba
