The owners are a charming couple who are also bilingual in French and English. The property and gardens are absolutely lovely and peaceful. "

The owners, a sweet young married couple, are clearly utterly devoted to this hotel and every touch has their signature. "There are always a few small things (our cold tap barely worked) but overall, this hotel was brilliant. Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. Its location right on the river and in the heart of a tiny but bustling little village is idyllic. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended "

"Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting the Abbey, exploring the Loire valley, wine tasting, or simply breaking up a long journey. The restaurant is excellent, although the breakfast looked underwhelming. The pool and parking are a great asset. Our second stay and we will return."
