The peaceful gardens were a delight to wake up to and made for a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing.The location couldn’t have been better—within easy reach of Mont St Michel, the Normandy beaches, and historic Bayeux. "Le Chaussis is one of the best equipped self-catering houses we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve been to a great number in the last 45 years! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable accommodation, beds and bathrooms all a good size, beautiful kitchen/diner and wonderful sitting room with great wood burner. Celine, is a delightful and very proactive owner. The only thing I would say is that if you book through Vrbo, you have to deal with a number of other 3rd parties (Poplidays and Gites de France)...
