Há 1 semana da estadia, fomos surpreendidos pelo proprietário ou agencia, informando que a plataforma VRBO estava com problemas gerando um overbooking. Tivemos que mudar de casa. A casa era boa, mas diferente da nossa reserva, sem jacuzzi, sem ar condicionado, sem piscina, sem churrasqueira externa, ...
