Stay here!

Extremely nice and happy staff. Nice and quiet in the rooms even when so much people stayed there. I missed something to boil water in but over all a very nice hotel. Very close to tram (metro) and bus.

El colchón era de muelles y muy malo. El lavabo estaba está en la habitación y no tragaba muy bien. El baño, muy pequeño, constaba de inodoro y ducha con cortina. Por lo menos la ducha iba bien.

Excellent customer service. They let me check in at 7am even though the check in time was 3pm. Very satisfied, would definitely recommmend. One con was that you had to tell the reception before coming or whilst leaving.

Heel vies en bagger van 3 kamers gewisseld. 1 ste kamer was schoongemaakt maar toch niet schoon. De lakens waren vies. 2de kamer kon het deur niet sluiten vanuit de binnenkant en het stonk.

The room was not clean, there was no hairdryer, no drinkglasses and nothing to make a cup of tea or coffee. We booked for a luxery room, but no luxery at all.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr hellhörig und laut, egal ob Zimmer zum Hof oder zur Vorderseite raus. Wasser in der Dusche lief nur sehr langsam ab.

Falta preparo.

Decepcionante. Ficamos no terceiro andar, com elevador fora de serviço e escada estreita, de difícil acessibilidade. O pior foi o atendimento do recepcionista, que não falava inglês, tentou reter nossos passaportes, além de cobrar a diária que já havia sido paga no momento da reserva. Tive de pagar uma tarifa de 49,00 Euros que agora está sendo cobrada no cartão. Faltou preparo ao recepcionista.

Não gostei de ter ficado no 3 andar sem elevador e puxando as malas, fiz a opção de não fumante , mas a janela dava pra uma varanda onde os funcionários fumavam embaixo e ia toda a fumaça pra dentro do quarto , ainda bem q foi só uma noite.

ok pour un dépannage, mais pas pour un long séjour

ascenseur principal en panne et le deuxième pas accessible !! / très peu de possibilité de stationnement dans les alentours proche !! / si vous raser au blaureau , pas de bouchon à l'évier / pas beaucoup de choix en chaîne TV / service agréable (concernant la dame de service de nuit ) / confort de la literie correcte / bon réseau Wi-Fi / quand vous dépliez la table murale …. plus possible de passer !! en résumé cette chambre ne devrait avoir qu'un lit pour une personne !!!
