Zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus für einen Flandernaufenthalt

Alles funktionierte reibungslos. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit, unsere Kinder konnten bei der großen Hitze den Pool mitnutzen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, man ist schnell in der Natur und an der Schelde. Brüssel und Antwerpen sind in einer knappen halben Stunde zu erreichen.

Bonita casa en una situacion perfecta

La casa esta muy bien. Es un unifamiliar de una planta con jardin, muy limpia y agradable. Destaco ademas su situacion centrica para ver todas las ciudades importantes de Belgica. Si tengo que volver a la zona, no dudaria en repetir.

very well option for visiting Flanders + Holland

Very well equipped house and comfortable. Really beautiful neighbourhood. Impossible without a car. House has everything they described and more (family games, kitchen with coffee filters, coffee, salt, detergent, etc etc etc). Back yard was simply wonderful. Rooms are big and luminous, nevertheless, some mattress need to be renewed. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Except for the spiders nesting behind the beds (probably due to the really nice garden sourounding the house) , house is very convenient for a big family. Ann is a very kind and helpful owner and provided us with information for the most convenient parking to visit Amsterdam (2 hs-distance from the house). We positively recommend this property . Thank you Ann!

A noter toutefois que le jardin de 800 m² est occupé pour 1/3 par les propriétaire voisin, 1/3 par une mare et des plantes rampantes, reste la terrasse et une petite zone de pelouse. "La casa estaba limpia, en un lugar muy tranquilo, es una zona de chalets residencial, con un bonito jardín trasero. Ir andando a la compra no es muy cómodo, pues está lejos, aunque disponíamos de una bicicleta. La casa está bien equipada, es grande y muy cómoda para las cinco personas que estuvimos. Las camas son muy confortables. Los propietarios son muy amables, viven en el chalet de al lado y están siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo posible. Y sus hijos estuvieron siempre disponibles para jugar con los nuestros."
