Yays is conveniently located. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shopping facilities nearby. The amenities were an additional bonus. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend this place.

Nice big convenient apartment with washing machine ( which does not dry well although it is a combo machine) and kitchen. Bed and sofa bed. Well located. The breakfast box can almost feed you all day, there is so much stuff in there. The only hiccup is difficult communication. A bot answers inquiries but never got an agent to get back to us on questions about the apartment ( this is a self check in type place, no hotel management interaction).

Gem of an apartment!

Amazing place to stay if you are heading to Antwerp. Location is great near the central area and very close to the station. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean in a new and modern building. Access and check in is via an app but it all worked perfectly and there are even lockers you can use on the day to check out. Hard to find any negatives and would definitely choose to stay here when. I come back to Antwerp.

The location is great. I stayed here before and it was great but the new management and removal of any on site staff has worsened the experience. Check-in was difficult and there was no-one to communicate with when we had no hot water, just a series of automated questions on WhatsApp
